2) ISSUE A WARRANTY FOR 2-YEAR, 1-YEAR AND 1 MONTH WARRANTY: 

a. One (1) free basic setup in-store during warranty period 

b. Guitar part installation 

c. Electronic / Electronic components

3) THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY WHEN PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED  STORE

4) OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES  

This warranty does NOT cover expenses incurred due to a lack of understanding of the  functioning of the Guitar product when it is operating as designed. Your retailer is also an  excellent source of information and should be contacted when needed for assistance  regarding the proper operation of your Guitar Product. In order to provide proper warranty  service, it is necessary that the purchaser of an item assume the following responsibilities: 

• Retain proof of purchase documents for the duration of the warranty periods. You  will be requested by RJ Guitar Center to provide warranty card in order to receive  warranty service. 

• Notify an authorized RJ Guitar Center of any apparent defects promptly upon their  discovery.

5) WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS 

This warranty does not cover the following: 

• The warranty will be void once the instrument is modified or repaired by any person or  entity other than RJ Guitars, without due written consent and approval of RJ Guitars. • Wear, tear, discoloration and deterioration of the instrument or its parts due to normal  usage. 

• Defects and damages due to modifications, misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, acts of  nature, or improper maintenance of the instrument and its parts. RJ Guitars reserves the  right to check the instrument for any defects and damages. 

• RJ Guitars reserves the right to assess whether damages and defects are categorized  under factory defects. 

• Defects and damages of the instrument such as cracks, splitting, discoloration, warping  of wood, or damage to the instrument’s finish caused by accident, exposure to change in  or extreme instances of temperature or humidity, exposure to sunlight, moisture, straps,  stands, or hangers which cause harm to the instrument. RJ Guitars reserves the right to  check the instrument for any defects and damages. 

• Damages and defects incurred during the shipping process are not included in this  warranty. It is recommended that the customer avail separate shipping insurance to  protect against shipping damage and defects.

• Consumable Items (ex. Strings, batteries, etc.) 

• Non-electronic Accessories 

• Refurbished/Renewed Items

7) 7-DAY RETURN/REFUND ON SHOPEE AND LAZADA 

Please select the function "return/refund" in your customer centre. You'll receive all information  necessary for returning your item. 

Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging, with all components and  accessories, and without signs of use.

8) RJ Guitars reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
